Example Event Package Pricing

Every event is custom tailored to your vision, so we don’t offer specific “packages.” Instead, we’ve created a few examples to give you an idea of rough pricing by group size and add-ons chosen, as well as the permits required.

Don’t worry if you don’t see your ideal event listed here, or the add-ons you’d like. We have a huge variety of partners and connections for catering, entertainment, security, and equipment and event rentals. Get in touch and tell us your needs, and we will do the work to make vision a reality.

Book Us Anywhere.

While the beach is our home base, we’re built to bring the fire anywhere you’re hosting. From backyard movie nights and pool parties to corporate rooftops and music festivals, we can build you an "above-ground" experience—meaning we bring the lounge seating, smokeless fire rings, and premium add-ons to any flat surface, no sand required.

If you have the space—whether it’s a hotel patio, a private estate, a campground, or a neighborhood park—we’ll bring the atmosphere. If you want to plan something unique, let’s talk about how to make it happen.

How do we get our beach Event Permits?

Event Permits

  • Permitting Process:

    1. Choose the location:

North Beach, Coronado Island, ideal for groups of one to fifty, with showers, bathrooms, and a beach pathway. No catering or alcohol permitted. Permit costs five hundred forty-one dollars, takes fourteen days for approval from the City of Coronado. Customers apply via the city’s website, with Blulite Bonfires providing a step-by-step guide.

    2. Submit the application:

Online through the Coronado City website, including event dates, hours (five PM to ten PM), vendor info (Blulite Bonfires), and payment upfront.

    3. Select a package:

After permit approval, a team member works with the customer to choose a package, including cleaning, seating, propane-fueled bonfire pits, solar accent lights, plush cushions, tables, and covered canopies.

    4. Confirm booking:

Once details are approved, we send an invoice. A fifty percent deposit secures the event date, with the remaining balance due one week prior. Our team ensures ongoing communication for customer comfort.

    5. Event day:

A team member contacts the customer, provides a Google Maps link for the exact location, meets them at the beach, lights the bonfire pits, explains equipment, and gives three hours of privacy. Post-event, we clean the space while customers enjoy their evening.

  • Permitting Process:

    1. Select the location

Primary choice is Silver Strand State Beach in Coronado, ideal for groups of twenty-five to two hundred twenty-five, with secondary options like Cardiff, Tamarack, or Warm Waters State Beaches, each with unique pros and cons.

    2. Permit application

Blulite Bonfires handles the application through the State of California, with standard permits taking forty-five days, or sixty to ninety days for larger, complex events; costs start at eight hundred dollars, varying by event size. All locations require a peace officer at one hundred five dollars per hour for a minimum of four hours to keep gates open post-sunset for evening bonfires.

    3. Choose a package

After permit approval, Blulite Bonfires collaborates with the customer to tailor a beach bonfire package, including catering, beer, wine, and shuttle services for up to fifty people per shuttle via our partner company.

    4. Confirm booking

Once the package is finalized, we issue an invoice for customer confirmation, requiring a fifty percent deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due one week prior for any adjustments.

    5. Event day

A team member communicates with the customer leading up to the event, contacts them upon arrival, provides a Google pin drop for the exact location, and answers questions. Customers enjoy the bonfire, while our team handles cleanup and equipment removal, leaving the space cleaner than before.
