We Help Build Your Unique Event
It all starts with conversation: we listen to your vision, take you through all the options, and create a unique event just for you. We help you choose the ideal beach for your needsevent, the best seating design for your guests, and coordinate your food and refreshments, from seamless delivery to full-service catering and alcohol. We also curate the atmosphere with premium add-ons like video projectors and gaming systems, life-size games, or transportation and accessible pathways. We can even book live music and entertainment, or help you build a custom concept of your own.
How Our Beach Bonfire Events Work
Tell us about your event.
It starts with a free consultation: your preferred date, your group size, and everything you want your event to be are all we need to know.
Plan We help you choose the perfect beach, design the seating areas, help you sort out food, drinks, and add-ons, and help take care of permits (if not handling them entirely).
Build By the time your first guest walks down to the sand, all your seating is built, the atmosphere is set, and the fires are lit. There’s no gear for you to lug around, no firewood to gather, and no need to sweat picking a location.
Enjoy When it's over, we stay to break everything down and clean the beach, leaving it cleaner than we found it.

1. We talk
It all starts with a free phone consultation: we listen to your vision, figure out your needs, and help you choose the perfect beach to build your event.
Some beaches do not allow catering or alcohol, even bringing it yourself. Some beaches only allow groups up to a certain size. Some beaches have reservation black-out dates around holidays and popular weekends. A beach might be ideal because it’s close to your hotel, or because of its accessible pathways and facilities. You may want a more private, intimate setting, or broad, gorgeous vistas.

2. Permits
Once the beach and date are chosen, it’s important to make sure it’s available. We must secure your permit before Blulite will reserve your event.
Permits for City of Coronado beaches are applied for directly by you, with Blulite’s expert guidance and all the info you will need.
Permits for California State Beaches are secured by Blulite, and charged at-cost.

3. Booking & Downpayment
Once the permit date has been accepted, we’ll send you a proposal, laying out all aspects of the event we created together, with your Base Package, and all Add-Ons. We’ll also note all services by our Vendor Partners, and how we are working with them, or connect you directly as needed.
If your ideas have changed, and this Proposal is no longer perfect, we’ll work with you to add to or modify the event.
Once we have an agreed upon proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to secure the date.¹
